Conference Venue
The conference will take place on September 20–24, 2026, at Hotel Kyriad Karkonosze in Wojcieszyce near Jelenia Góra, Poland, in the heart of the mountains.
On Sunday, September 20, the bus will depart from our Institute (pl. M. Borna 9, 50-204 Wrocław) at 3:00 p.m.
It is possible to arrange a stop at Wrocław Airport or the Main Railway Station upon request.
On Thursday, September 24, the transfer will depart at approximately 2:00 p.m., with arrival in Wrocław around 4:00 p.m.
Stops at the airport or the main station can also be arranged.

Exhibitors
The 11th IWSP will create plenty of opportunities to promote new products, materials and equipment related to surface science research. A stand located in a lecture room will be provided for exhibitors. A possibility to advertise your company in the conference booklet of abstracts, to insert promotional material in the participant wallet, and to display the company logo at the workshop website will also be offered. The total charge for a standard 11th IWSP exhibitor package, including the above profits and a full registration for one company representative (with board and lodging during the workshop, access to scientific sessions, as well as all social events), is 1000 EUR.
Other support options, such as sponsoring social events at the 11th IWSP, providing scholarships to cover participation costs for PhD students, or offering special prizes for exceptional oral and poster presentations by early-career researchers, are also encouraged.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The abstract must be submitted by the presenting author. If you have not yet registered for 11th IWSP, please click here to fill the online registration form first. Prepare your abstract according to the instructions specified in the attached exemplary abstract (pdf or docx). Name the abstract file by the surname of the presenting author and the preferred form of presentation, e.g., ‘Smith_oral’ or ‘Smith_poster’.
Please create a PDF version of your abstract and send it by e-mail to iwsp@uwr.edu.pl together with the corresponding source file (*.tex, *.doc, *.rtf, or *.odt). To help identify your submission, include your surname and preferred presentation format in the email subject line. If you are submitting more than one contribution to the 11th IWSP, please send each submission in a separate e-mail.
NOTE: As a rule, no more than one oral presentation − and two in total, including posters − will be accepted per 11th IWSP participant.
For poster presentations, the standard poster size is A0.
